Order & Shipping

PAYMENT:

• Full payment is required for all Purchases, Orders and PRE-ORDER(S).
• PayPal is the Sole payment method for placing Orders, including PRE-ORDER(S), please make sure to check-out using a registered PayPal account. 
• All Purchases, Orders including PRE-ORDER(s) made without a registered PayPal account will be cancelled automatically.

ORDER PROCESSING: 

• By placing an order or PRE-ORDER^ with us means you are fully aware of and/or agreed to all the shipping information plus terms and conditions as listed in our website.
• Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, please allow 5 - 7 business days for inventory checking and/or logistics operations. Upon the ordered item is ready in stock, the shipment will then be processed within 5 business days (except for PRE-ORDER^ since they are not yet available to ship at the moment of ordering), orders will only be processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and bank holidays etc.)
• A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent by us. You can then trace your shipment through the courier website accordingly. 
• Whenever applicable, please allow 5 to 12 business days for processing of orders before payment is captured/processed.
• Cancellation and Refund request of any order is strictly not allowed once the order and payment is processed and confirmed.

PRE-ORDER PROCESSING^: 

• PRE-ORDERS will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, as limited quantities are available. The order queue will be assigned/determined based on the date of payment settlement.
• Please be aware that ALL PRE-ORDERS are not yet ready to release at the time of ordering, please pay extra attention to the "Expected Arrival" information as per listed on each model.  
• A full refund will be issued if, for any reason, Watch Outz is unable to fulfill your PRE-ORDER when the item/model is officially launched.
• PRE-ORDER payments are to be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
• Cancellation and Refund requests of any PRE-ORDER is strictly not allowed once the order and payment are processed and confirmed.
• Due to the complexities of international import and export documentation, as well as transaction costs, returns and refund are not accepted once the ordered item has been shipped and/or collected by the shipping courier.

Ordinary Casio, Seiko, Citizen, or Orient watches with standard or regular packaging normally weigh less than 1kg per piece.

Grand Seiko, Special Edition Casio, Special Edition Seiko, Special Edition Citizen, Special Edition Orient and/or other brands of high-end watch models with heavy and/or special packaging may weigh around 1.25kg per piece or more.
 
All other watch accessories may normally weigh less than 0.25kg per piece.

All packaging units are for the sole purpose of protecting the product from damage only and should not be considered as part of the product, we are not responsible for any damage to the packaging during shipping/transit.

CUSTOM DUTIES & ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• There is NO sales tax or VAT in Hong Kong. However, Customs or import tax duties (depending on each country’s import regulations and authorities) are subject to be charged once the item(s) reaches the customer/recipient's designated countries(shipping locations). The customer/recipient who placed an order should be aware of the regulations of their own designated countries(shipping locations).
• The customer/recipient of the order/shipment is responsible for paying any related customs charges or import tax duties. Unfortunately, due to various Customs and tax regulations in various countries, we have no control over these charges and/or any delays or disputes so caused. In cases like this, the customer/recipient is responsible to handle and/or settle the issue and charges with the Authorities of your designated country(shipping location) in a timely manner to aviod delays and additional cost/charges being incurred.
• If customer/recipient refuses to accept the shipment/ordered item due to customs and/or import tax duties of their own designated shipping country, handling fees and/or any other additional charges, and/or any unexpected delays so caused by the authorities of the designated country of the customer/recipient, and/or any other reasons initiated by the customer/recipient on their own, the customer/recipient will be fully responsible for all the expenses incurred for the return so caused, including the return shipping fees charged by the shipping agents/couriers, plus any handling and administrative fees and/or any other additional charges, etc., that is being generated by such a return situation.
• Any type of P.O. Box address is not allowed and will not be accepted for both local and international shipments. 
• Watch Outz will not be responsible or liable for any delays caused by Custom Authorities due to the customs clearance process, which may vary across different countries.
• Watch Outz will not be responsible or liable for any delays and/or service adjustments so caused by post offices, postal service provider and/or the shipping courier services provider.
• Watch Outz will not be responsible or liable for any lost or stolen items that are confirmed to have been delivered by post offices, postal service providers, and/or shipping courier service providers to the designated shipping address provided by the customer/recipient of an order, as per the shipment tracking record.
• Please note that any request to undervalue our order(s) is strongly discouraged. We will not entertain any requests to declare orders as "free gift" items.
• Watch Outz reserves the right to update/adjust its shipping policy and/or shipping fees at its sole discretion without prior notice and/or announcement. 
• In the event of any dispute, Watch Outz's decision shall be deemed final and conclusive.
