Basic 1-Year Japan Warranty

Watches purchased come with a 1-year Japan-only warranty, applicable exclusively within Japan. Some watches are Japanese Domestic Market versions and may not be covered by an international warranty.

All repairs under this warranty must be performed in Japan. If your watch requires servicing, please return it to us for evaluation. We will assess the issue and provide an estimated repair cost before proceeding with any repairs in Japan.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to repairs, even during the warranty period.
